Ways of working: a person centred philosophy
Meeting the unique needs of any individual, family or group

COUNSELLING

Many people seek counselling to gain assistance and support regarding a variety of concerns which may be impacting of their overall sense of well-being. Theses may include a personal crisis, loss and grief, some difficult challenges or concerns.

My experience as a psychotherapist leads me to believe that most people respond in understandable ways to challenges they face and in turn have the capacity with themselves to develop greater insights and ways of adapting to and living with various experiences.

The influences and theories that underpin the way that I work are drawn from a variety of areas studied including person centred, relational and self-awareness exploration, Jungian, Gestalt and Existential Psychology and Art Therapy.

EXPERIENCE ART THERAPY AND COUNSELLING

Linda is trained in Experiential Creative Art Therapy. Art therapy encompasses a rich breadth and blend of ways to engage you to explore your experience. Invitations to, for example - draw, paint, sculpt, write, journal, use sand tray, will provide a valuable insight to your own story.
